- Year-long program for newly licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) RNs with under 12 months experience. Cohorts begin every three months (January, April, July, October). Apply to any open RN I position, ideally no more than 2 months before graduation. Relocation assistance $1,500-$4,500 if living more than 100 miles away.
