- This window is Sharp Metropolitan Medical Campus only: Sharp says it is "hiring a small number of Nurse Resident positions starting in Winter 2027" (anticipated start January 2027). Outside applicants: Mon, Oct 5 to Mon, Oct 12, 2026; search Sharp's careers site for "Nurse Residency Program" or JR210806. Must be a graduate of a state-approved accredited nursing program, have graduated no more than 18 months before the program start date, have under 12 months of RN work experience at start, and hold an unencumbered CA RN license and AHA BLS by start.
